Timber finished his conformation title early this year at the Colorado Kennel Club
show in Denver, CO and is now working on his Grand Championship title. Timber, like
his mother (CH High Mountain Morning Mist JE – Misty)
before him, earned his Junior Earthdog title in one day, and then went on to earn
his Senior Earthdog title in one weekend. Long term goals are to work on his Master
Earthdog title and a tracking title. We would like to thank Timber’s co-breeders
Richard and Carrie Snavely for allowing us to bred Misty to their great dog Ch.
High Mountain Shenanigans NAJ to produce Timber. Living with Timber is a joy as
he is a quick learner, all Smooth Fox Terrier and there is never a dull moment with
him around.

I feel honored to have Ch. Enchantment Lady Bentley O'Santerric. I thank Ric Chashoudian,
Linda Goddard and Lareen Kagel for trusting me with her. Bentley earned her championship
before she was 2 years old. The next year Bentley went on to earn her CGC, BN, CD,
CDX, RN, RA, RE and RAE before she was 3 years old. This year we are working on
Utility level obedience exercises and working on her Grand Championship. Bentley
and I are also taking agility classes trying to get her ready to compete. Now if
I could just keep up with her! Bentley was bred and we are hoping for puppies early
Winter. Bentley has been a dream to live with and train. I also want to thank Connie
Cleveland for her wonderful help in training us. Bentley is one in a million and
I feel very fortunate to have her in my life.

We always laugh when we talk about Bing—he had to take his CGC test twice because
he had trouble walking past and ignoring a friendly dog. Since that time, he has
grown into a wonderful therapy dog, and a terrific Reading Education Assistance
Dog. Currently, he visits residents at the Claridge Healthcare Center in Lake Bluff,
and the Center for Enriched Living (developmentally disabled persons from age 8
to 85) in Riverwoods Illinois. His favorite activity, however, is reading with children
at the Lake Bluff Public Library. He’s a great listener and gives the children lots
of kisses when they are finished reading. Because of his work at the library, he
has become well known to the children in our neighborhood, who always run over to
say hi. He also enjoys Rally and has one leg towards his Rally Advanced titled.
Thank you to Ray Lowe and Diane Ryan for allowing Bing to be part of our family.

Phoenix, like many female wires, is a true diva. She is however, incredibly sweet
and enjoys Rally, but enjoys food more. She has her RN, but has been known to run
out of the ring (NQing in the process) if someone in the audience had something
good to eat. In her role as therapy dog, Phoenix currently visits Claridge Health
Care Center in Lake Bluff, as well as reading with children at the Lake Bluff Library.
Where she really shines however, is in her work with developmentally disabled young
adults at the Center for Enriched Living in Riverwoods, IL. She seems to sense that
they are a bit different, and she loves to play with them and give kisses. She makes
these young people very happy, and they look forward to seeing her. She never disappoints
them. Thank you to Diane Ryan and Gail & Michael Obradovich for allowing Phoenix
to come into our life.

Topper is our first Wire Fox Terrier. Our Kerry Blue passed away at 14 years and
we wanted a smaller dog. Topper was the perfect choice for us. He is intelligent,
independent, energetic, playful, and curious. He will do whatever is asked "when
he feels like it" (a true terrier). Thanks to Topper’s breeders Michelle & David
Smith for letting Topper join our family

Hank earned the required three legs for a Rally Novice title with much exuberance
in his first three attempts with scores in the 90s. Likewise, he earned his Junior
Earthdog title in his first two tests with even more enthusiasm! The agility titles
required a bit more effort, but only because Hank had so much fun designing his
own courses and taking a few extra obstacles along the way while still being well
under standard course time. He continues to provide comedy relief (although only
occasionally now) at agility trials and has earned his first PACH points while working
toward an MXP and MXJ. Along with agility, future plans include to continue competing
in Rally, NoseWork and Earthdog.
Nevertheless, Hank’s biggest accomplishment is being a great little buddy and perfect
companion dog. Many thanks to Gail & Michael Obradovich for allowing us the opportunity
to share our lives with this amazing little guy.
